PROCESSING TIME
Orders placed after noon PST will ship next business day. Orders placed after 12PM PST on Friday will ship out Monday.
MISSING ORDER
If you're missing items or a shipment, contact us within 30 days of ship date.
TRACKING MY ORDER
Once you have purchased, we will send you an email with your order number and shipping details from UPS. You can track your package using the tracking number.
WHERE DO WE SHIP
Shipping details apply for US and Ecuador orders. If you live outside these two countries, please send us an email to info@woda.ec and we will calculate your shipping cost and assist you with personalized product shipment.
